God could have chosen any way to reveal Himself, but He chose to walk the earth as a human, experiencing life and suffering out of love for us. Jesus’ coming is the ultimate display of “God with us”. God is with us through all parts of our lives, or as Brian puts it: every step of the way. He doesn’t skip a step, and neither should we.
