Friends of the Pastors (Liberia), Inc. (FOPAL) is an Interdenominational Parachurch organization that seeks to empower pastors and church leaders through trainings, seminars, and workshops, including a relief program that is intended to cater to grassroot pastors with challenges. Founded in July 2012, the driving force that necessitated the formation of FOPAL was the experiences that Pastor Moses had while pastoring and serving as assistant for little over 20 years in different places and situations. In addition, Pastor Moses was plagued by the facts that during the Liberian civil crisis, many people got involved into ministry without any formal training; and as such, there was a need for training if they were to be effective in the ministry they are called. As a result, FOPAL was established to meet these basic needs.
